Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Noctivion is a digital services studio operated by TruRebel LLC. We build websites, booking flows, ordering systems, automation layers, and launch assets for local service businesses. These Terms govern all engagements between Noctivion and any client or customer.

2. Services

Noctivion provides digital services including but not limited to: website builds, booking and ordering systems, intake/payment setup, automation systems, and launch assets. The specific scope of each project is defined by a written agreement, invoice, proposal, checkout description, or combination thereof.

3. Deposits & Payment

Most engagements require a deposit to begin work. Deposits are credited toward the total project cost. A deposit confirms your project slot and authorizes Noctivion to begin scoping and Phase 1 work. Payment terms for remaining balances are outlined per project.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Noctivion does not store card or banking information.

4. Timelines

Project timelines depend on client-provided materials, approvals, and responsiveness. Estimated timelines (such as "Phase 1 live in 7 days") assume that required content, access, and approvals are provided promptly. Delays caused by missing client materials extend timelines accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to submit any assets, copy, images, or other materials provided to Noctivion for use in the project. By submitting materials, you represent that you own or have the appropriate rights to use them.

6. Work Pauses

Noctivion reserves the right to pause or suspend active work in the event of nonpayment, missing required information, or failure to respond to project-critical communications within a reasonable timeframe. Work will resume upon resolution.

7. Deliverables & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the delivered work product. Noctivion retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio and proof library unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Noctivion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of delivered systems. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Noctivion services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
