Referral Terms

The Noctivion referral program is a single-level volume accelerator. You earn only for businesses you personally introduce. It creates no equity, partnership, or downline; there is no multi-level override and no earning from anyone you recruit. That is what keeps it a legitimate referral program and not a pyramid.

Payouts come in two stages:

• Stage 1 — an audit bounty: a flat amount paid once per unique referred business when that business completes a qualified, paid Build Audit.
• Stage 2 — the close: a share of the contracted build price plus a share of the first-year platform fee, paid when the build closes and its revenue is collected.

The rate climbs with your lifetime closed builds and never demotes once earned. New referrers start at $100 + 15% + 10%, climbing to $150 + 25% + 12%. Each deal is commissioned at the tier you are in when it closes (not retroactive). The client’s $500 audit credit does not reduce your commission base.

A referral is attributed by your referral code, carried on your personal link (noctivion.net/r/your-code). The code travels on the referred business’s submission and, as a fallback, in the nv_ref cookie set when your link is opened (see the privacy policy).

Attribution locks at the paid Build Audit: once a referred business completes its audit under your code, that business is credited to you even if the build closes weeks later. There is exactly one payout per unique referred business.

• Self-referrals — referring your own business, or a business you own or control.
• Duplicate leads — a business already attributed to another referrer keeps its original attribution; the first qualified attribution wins.
• Businesses already in Noctivion's pipeline or already a Noctivion client before your introduction.
• Referrals that never complete a paid audit, or builds whose revenue is never collected.
• Fabricated, incentivized-by-deception, or spam submissions.

Commissions are paid on qualified, collected live revenue — money actually received by Noctivion from the referred business, not on invoiced or projected amounts, and not on the audit credit. The audit bounty is paid after the referred business completes its qualified paid audit; the build and first-year platform shares are paid after the corresponding revenue is collected.

Payouts are issued to the payout method you provide, on Noctivion’s regular payout cycle. If a payment is later refunded, charged back, or reversed, the associated commission is adjusted or reclaimed accordingly.

When you join at /refer/join, you provide your name, email, phone, and a payout method/handle so we can attribute referrals and pay you. By joining, you consent to Noctivion using this information for attribution, payout, and program communication. You can request to view, update, or delete your referrer information at any time, subject to records we must keep for completed payouts.

Noctivion may update these terms and the rate ladder from time to time. Rates and prices trend up as Noctivion grows, but no specific future number is promised. Changes apply going forward; a tier you have already earned is not demoted.
