Audit-only. The deliverable is a document and a quote, not a pitch. Noctivion returns an honest recommendation even when that recommendation is to wait, to fix something small first, or that Noctivion is not the right fit.
IIIWhat if I decline to build after the audit?
That is a normal, honest outcome. You keep the diagnostic and the quote and owe nothing further. Declining the follow-on build does not earn a refund — the audit itself was still delivered — but you walk away with a plan you can act on however you choose.
IVWhat if you cannot deliver my audit?
If Noctivion cannot meaningfully deliver your audit, you are refunded at any stage — regardless of how much preparation has started.
VHow does the credit work — and can it be used twice?
The full $500 is credited toward any Foundation-or-higher build you schedule within 60 days. It applies once: the same $500 is never received twice, so if it has already been credited to a build, a later audit refund is reduced by the amount already credited.

Yes — a required 45-minute live walkthrough on Zoom or Meet is where the audit is delivered and talked through. It is not an unpaid sales call: access to it opens only after the audit is paid.

None to your accounts. The audit reviews your public-facing customer path. Integration access is only discussed later, after a safe plan exists and you decide to proceed.

IXIs the audit refundable?

IIWhy isn't the full price fixed up front?
The audit and Foundation are firm, concrete numbers. Larger systems are quoted from real scope so a bigger build — multiple locations, migrations — is priced honestly instead of capped or padded with guesswork. The $500 Build Audit sets that number before you commit.
IIIWho maintains it after launch?
Noctivion does. The monthly retainer keeps the system hosted, updated, and improving, and retains a fractional director who runs the operation — light-touch on Foundation, hands-on from Command up.
IVWhat happens after launch?
The system goes live and Noctivion operates it with you: the system does the labor — booking, ordering, reporting — and reports back in plain owner language, while you supply the judgment. Foundation and Command are month-to-month after go-live.
VWhat industries are eligible?
Salons and beauty, restaurants and hospitality, and trades and field service are productized. Verticals Noctivion has not productized are delivered honestly as custom builds — nothing is promised before discovery validates it.
