Every engagement begins with the $500Build Audit — it’s how we confirm we can deliver value before either side commits, and it credits in full toward the build. From there the build runs itself: pay the deposit, submit your intake, and your Foundation Phase 1 goes live in seven days after completed intake and a scheduled build start.

Salon Foundation ($2,500 + $129/mo), Restaurant ($3,500 + $179/mo), or Trades ($2,900 + $149/mo). Custom intake is scoped to your service when you’re outside the named lanes.

Secure your build slot

A 50% deposit via Stripe schedules the build — $1,250 for Salon, $1,750 for Restaurant, $1,450 for Trades. The balance is due at go-live.

IV · Build approach

Your customers. Your data. Our operating layer.

You run the business. Noctivion runs the system behind it. Your data, customers, brand, and domain are portable and yours. The monthly fee is not a licence to your own information — it retains the fractional director who runs your digital operation on Noctivion's managed platform. The platform stays hosted, updated, and improving under Noctivion; the operator supplies the judgment on top — strategy, creative direction, and reporting in plain owner language. If you leave, your assets export cleanly and the managed runtime stops; taking the codebase to self-host is a separate, scoped buyout. Foundation keeps this light-touch — the system running with owner-plain reporting and the operator on call. Command and up is active, hands-on management. The shell converts, the automation layer wires after, and the handoff is clean and documented. Founder pricing is limited to the first 5 proof-lane operators — your deposit locks the spot.
