Build Audit Terms

The Build Audit is a flat $500, paid diagnostic of your current customer path — the single entry point to a Noctivion build. It is not a website, not a build, and not a free consultation. It is a paid diagnostic that returns a clear recommendation and a fixed-fee quote.

Your $500 buys:

• An operating diagnostic of your current customer path — where customers drop off
• A P1 / P2 / P3 priority recommendation
• A recommended tier and scope map
• An integration feasibility check (certified vs scoped)
• A fixed-fee build quote
• A required 45-minute live walkthrough (Zoom or Meet) where the audit is delivered and talked through

The deliverable is a document, a walkthrough, and a quote. No software is built under the Audit.

The audit is delivered within five business days of a completed intake, walked through live in your scheduled 45-minute session.

The full $500 is credited toward any Foundation-or-higher build you schedule within 60 days.

The credit is 100% of the $500 audit fee, applied once, toward a single build scheduled within 60 days of the audit. The credit is not cash, is not transferable, and expires if no qualifying build is scheduled inside the 60-day window.

Applied credit and later refunds. If your $500 was already applied as a credit toward a build, any later audit refund is reduced by the amount already credited — the same $500 is never received twice.

Paying for the audit does not guarantee a build. The Build Audit is a paid diagnostic and an honest fit answer — after it, Noctivion may decline to take on the build, and either side can walk away.

Before preparation begins. Cancel before any substantive preparation on your audit begins — while it is still paid, in intake, or only scheduled — and the full $500 is refunded.

Once preparation starts. Once we begin substantive preparation, the audit is non-refundable — the fee covers the work already underway. Once the audit and its priority plan are delivered, the engagement is fulfilled and non-refundable.

If we cannot deliver. If Noctivion cannot meaningfully deliver your audit, you are refunded at any stage — regardless of preparation.

Declining the build. Declining the follow-on build after the audit is delivered does not earn a refund — the audit itself was still delivered.

Scheduling is separate from refunds. It governs your 45-minute walkthrough slot, not the $500 fee.

Reschedule. You can reschedule your 45-minute walkthrough up to 24 hours before it starts.

No-show / late cancellation. A no-show, or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, forfeits that session slot. This is a scheduling rule, separate from the refund policy — it costs you the slot, not the fee.

Audits run against limited founder capacity. When capacity for a period is exhausted, eligible customers may be offered a waitlist rather than an immediate slot. Joining the waitlist does not book a session and does not consume capacity; you are scheduled through the normal booking flow once a slot is offered. You can cancel a waitlisted audit at any time under the refund rules above.
