Refund & Cancellation

1. Deposits

All project deposits are credited toward your total build cost. Once scoping or Phase 1 work has begun, deposits are non-refundable. Deposits exist to secure your project slot and cover initial planning and setup work.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any scoping, planning, or build work has begun, your deposit may be eligible for a partial or full refund at Noctivion’s discretion. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at studio@noctivion.net.

3. Completed Digital Work

Completed digital work — including delivered websites, systems, and configured flows — is non-refundable. Once a deliverable has been handed off and accepted, the engagement is considered fulfilled.

4. Consultation & Audit Sessions

Consultation and audit deposits ($30 for Build Audit, or applicable session deposits) are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will accommodate when possible.

Audit deposits are credited toward your build if you move forward within 60 days of the session.

5. Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge or deliverable, contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
