Privacy Policy

Noctivion is a digital services studio operated by TruRebel LLC. We build and run customer-action systems for local businesses. Engagements begin with a paid $500 Build Audit, and we run a single-level referral program. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through our site and services.

We collect information you submit directly, including:

• Name, email address, and phone number from contact, application, and booking forms
• Business name, industry, and project details from intake and qualification forms
• Scheduling preferences submitted through the consultation booking flow
• Referral details when you send us a business (the business name, city, and owner contact you provide)
• Referrer details when you join the referral program at /refer/join (your name, email, phone, and payout method/handle, so we can attribute and pay commissions)
• A referral attribution code (see Cookies) that ties a referred visit to the referrer who sent it
• Any messages or notes you include in form submissions

All payments are processed through Stripe. Noctivion does not store, access, or transmit your card number, bank details, or any sensitive payment credentials. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe under their own security and compliance standards. You can review Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Information submitted is used to:

• Fulfill and manage your project, audit, or consultation
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Communicate about project status, scope, and delivery
• Send booking confirmations and calendar invites
• Attribute referrals and calculate and pay referral commissions
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising outside of direct service communication.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate, privacy-friendly usage of our site — page views and a small set of conversion events (for example, starting the audit application, beginning checkout, or submitting a referral). These events are recorded in aggregate and do not include your form contents, card details, or other personal identifiers. You can review Vercel’s privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We use a small number of first-party cookies. The nv_ref referral-attribution cookie stores a referral code for up to 90 days so that a visit which arrived through a referrer link is credited to the correct referrer when a form is submitted. It is functional, not advertising.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral-profiling cookies. Our analytics (above) measure usage in aggregate.

Intake, booking, and referral data may be stored in Google Sheets and Google Calendar for operational purposes. These tools are used internally to manage project intake, scheduling, referral attribution, and follow-up. Data is accessible only to Noctivion operators.

You may request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us directly. We will respond to reasonable requests within a timely manner.

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of Noctivion services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
