You run the business. Noctivion runs the system behind it. You own your customer relationships, business data, brand, domain, and content — those are yours and portable. The monthly retainer is not a software fee, and it is not a licence to your own information — it retains a fractional director who runs your digital operation on Noctivion's platform. The platform itself — the operating engine, the reusable modules, and the shared infrastructure — stays Noctivion's; taking the source to self-host is a separate, scoped buyout. The system does the labor — booking, ordering, dashboards, reporting, automation — and the operator does the judgment: strategy, creative direction, oversight, and translating the numbers into plain owner language. On Foundation that stays light-touch — the system running, owner-plain reporting, and the operator on call. On Command and up it becomes hands-on direction: active optimization, growth, and management of the operation behind you.

Monthly platform fee
The monthly platform fee begins at go-live. Foundation and Command are month-to-month after go-live; Portfolio, Autonomous, and Enterprise may carry annual terms. Annual prepay covers twelve months at the price of ten.
Payment processing
Card and deposit processing runs through Stripe at their published rates. Noctivion does not mark up payment processing.

You run the business. Noctivion runs the system behind it. Your data, customers, brand, and domain are portable and yours. The platform stays hosted, updated, and improving under Noctivion; the operator supplies the judgment on top — strategy, creative direction, and reporting in plain owner language. If you leave, your assets export cleanly and the managed runtime stops; taking the codebase to self-host is a separate, scoped buyout. Foundation keeps this light-touch — the system running with owner-plain reporting and the operator on call. Command and up is active, hands-on management.
Leaving the retainer
Leave anytime — Foundation and Command are month-to-month after go-live. Your customers and data are yours to export on request, you can downgrade to a lighter tier instead of cancelling, or buy out the code to self-host (quoted to scope). On a full cancel the live managed system — hosting, updates, and support — stops; your assets come with you.

A location is one physical operating site — one salon, one restaurant, one trades service territory — with its own operator stations.
