Noctivion

I · Referral program · the introduction

You make one introduction. The system closes itself.

Noctivion builds the operating system a local business runs on — booking, ordering, the counter, the customers, the owner's numbers. You know an owner who needs it. Send us the name; we build a working demo of their own brand and your whole pitch becomes one link. When they buy, you earn.

II · What you're referring them into

Not an agency. A real engineer who runs it.

Before the payout, know what you're actually handing them: not a template, not one more app subscription — a real software engineer who builds their online business and then runs it, for a fraction of what hiring one costs. That's the whole value you're introducing.

The line you can text an owner

“I know a real software engineer who'll build and run your whole online setup — ordering, booking, your customer list, the works — for way less than hiring someone. It starts with a $500 audit that tells you exactly what it'd cost.”

Honest, audit-first · the demo does the rest

What the owner actually gets

Build + retainer · from a $500 audit
  1. A real engineer — not an agency

Seydina Diop, a full-stack software engineer with 8+ years, personally builds their system and runs it as the operator of their digital business. The owner has no tech team — he's the one who runs it, so they never need one.

  2. The hook · a fraction of hiring one

Hiring a full-stack engineer runs $110K–$160K a year; a contractor is $75–$150 an hour. With Noctivion they pay a one-time setup fee — the build — plus a monthly retainer to run and maintain it: hundreds to low-thousands a month, not a six-figure salary. Same caliber, a sliver of the cost — and they never manage him, he manages the system.

  3. Audit-first · no blind quotes

Every engagement opens with the $500 Build Audit — creditable toward the build, and it right-sizes the whole scope so no one is ever quoted blind.

  4. They own their terms

First-party orders and bookings, their own customer list and data, no marketplace commissions skimming every ticket. The middlemen are cut out — the relationship stays theirs.

  5. Sized to where they are

Small operators start on the right-sized on-ramp and scale only when the volume justifies it. Foundation-first, honest sizing — nobody gets oversold.

Same caliber as an in-house engineer, run for you — every price lives on the public ledger.

III · The shift-floor script

Say this, across the floor.

You don't need to know software. Lead with what it saves them, be straight about your finder's fee, and let the demo do the closing. This is the whole thing, in the words you'd actually use between tables.

The fee line is not optional — disclose it every time

  1. You're handing a cut of every online order to the delivery apps — I found a studio that builds you your own ordering, so that money stays yours.

    Lead with the money

  2. Customers book, order, and pay right on your own site — no commission, no app standing between you and your regulars.

    First-party revenue

  3. It runs the floor too — orders, tables, the whole counter on one screen instead of five apps fighting each other.

    One operator desk

  4. And it remembers your guests, so the people in here every week finally get treated like they are.

    Guest memory

  5. Full disclosure — if you go with them, I get a small finder's fee. I'm telling you straight, because I think this is right for you either way.

The honest part · finder's fee disclosed

  6. No decision today. They'll build a working demo of your restaurant first — your name, your menu, taking orders on screen — and you look at that before anything.

    See it before you decide

IV · How referring works

One link is the whole pitch.

You never demo anything, explain anything, or chase anyone. The demo is of their business — which is why this is the easiest pitch you'll ever not have to make.

  1. You name a business.

A restaurant losing orders to commission apps. A crew missing quotes. A salon chasing no-shows. Someone you already know.

  2. We build their demo.

For a qualified fit, usually within a day: a working system skinned to their brand — their name, their services, taking orders or bookings on screen. Not a slideshow.

  3. You send one link.

That's your entire pitch. No deck, no meeting, no selling on your part. The link does the talking.

  4. They see themselves running.

Their own storefront taking money. Their own counter running itself. It lands the way a fitted suit lands — because it's already theirs.

  5. They buy. You earn.

A bounty lands the moment they complete their paid audit; the rest follows at the close — your share of the build and their first year on the platform, at a rate that climbs the more you close.

V · The earning breakdown

Two stages, one climbing ladder.

Stage 1 — the audit bounty: a flat $100 the moment a business you sent completes its paid Build Audit, once per business. Stage 2 — the close: a share of the build and their first year on the platform. The rate climbs as you close more — and never drops.

You start at $100 + 15% + 10% and climb to $150 + 25% + 12%. Pick any build; watch every tier re-print.

The rate climbs — and so does the base

Your commission is a share of the build — so as our prices climb, the same referral pays you more. Rates and prices trend up as Noctivion grows. Early referrers lock in their earned tier and ride the curve.

The full public pricing ledger →

  • Tiers are cumulative and never demote — earn a tier, keep it for good.
  • Each deal pays at the tier you're in when it closes (not retroactive).
  • Single-level only: you earn for the businesses YOU bring — no downline, no recruiting override.
  • The audit bounty is flat, once per business, on a qualified paid audit — attribution locks at the audit.
  • Build commission is a % of the contracted build price; the client's $500 audit credit doesn't cut your base.
  • Because your cut is a share of the build, a bigger or higher-priced build simply pays you more — and prices trend up as Noctivion grows.
