Land in the suite

The booking entry sets the brand tone before any choice is asked of the customer. A salon background, the collection mark, and a single CTA — "Reserve a session" — surrounded by the editorial language that frames every subsequent step. The booking flow exists in a modal-style overlay so the brand never breaks character.

02Configure

Pick the style

Senegalese Twists. Medium, mid-back length, premium synthetic. The configurator owns the spec — the chair runs to plan because the variables are committed before the customer holds a slot. Add-ons (curly ends, color blends) live in a clearly secondary tier.

Choose a stylist — or don't

First Available routes to whoever the salon assigns; specific stylists are surfaced when the customer prefers a name. Either way, only chairs that can deliver the configured style appear. No mismatch dead-ends.

Hold a chair

Real availability from the salon's calendar — not a static grid. Pick a day, pick a slot. The chair holds while the customer finishes contact details, then releases automatically if the flow is abandoned.

05Confirm

Pay the deposit

Pre-payment summary with the full spec, the chair, the stylist, and the deposit due. Stripe handles the deposit; the balance is due at the chair. Confirmation is instant, calendar invite is automatic, no follow-up DMs required.
