Accessibility Statement

Noctivion is committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our standard, and we treat accessibility as ongoing operating work rather than a one-time certification.

This site substantially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We test and fix continuously; we do not claim full or certified compliance, and some areas may not yet fully meet every success criterion. Where we find a gap, we log it and work to close it.

“Substantially conforms” means most of the site meets the standard and the parts that do not are known, tracked, and being addressed — an honest, partial-conformance position, not a guarantee of complete conformance.

Across the public site we have built for:

• Keyboard-operable navigation — you can move through and activate the site without a mouse
• Visible focus states, so the currently focused control is always apparent
• Semantic landmarks and a single, unique <h1> on each page for predictable structure
• Native disclosure accordions (<details>/<summary>) for FAQs, which work without JavaScript
• Labeled form controls — every input has an associated, programmatic label
• Respect for prefers-reduced-motion — animation is reduced or removed when the operating system requests it
• Color-contrast targets aimed at the WCAG 2.2 AA thresholds for text and meaningful UI

We would rather name a gap than hide it. Known areas under review:

• The home film uses heavy motion and parallax. We honor prefers-reduced-motion, but even with that support the animated presentation may reduce comfort or readability for some users. We are reviewing this surface.

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible to use, email studio@noctivion.net with the page and what went wrong. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will tell you what we can fix and when. If a fix will take longer, we will offer a reasonable alternative way to get the information or complete the task in the meantime.
