Accessibility Statement

Noctivion is committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our standard, and we treat accessibility as ongoing operating work rather than a one-time certification.

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim that this site conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA today, and we do not claim full or certified compliance.

We test the site against WCAG 2.2 AA with automated checks and scripted keyboard checks at desktop and mobile widths. Automated tools find only part of the issues that matter, and we have not yet completed a full manual review with screen readers. The issues we know about are listed below, and we update this page as we fix them.

Across the public site we have in place:

• A declared page language and header, main, and footer landmarks on every page
• Text alternatives (alt attributes) on images
• Native disclosure accordions (<details>/<summary>) for FAQs, which work without JavaScript
• Programmatic labels on the fields of the Build Audit application form
• Respect for prefers-reduced-motion — animation is reduced or removed when the operating system requests it

We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA color contrast for text and meaningful UI, but contrast over images and gradients has not been fully checked.

We would rather name a gap than hide it. Known issues we are working on:

• Some horizontal drag carousels (on pricing, product, process, compare, and flow pages) cannot yet be scrolled with the keyboard and have no non-drag alternative.
• On the home page there is no skip link, and the main call-to-action buttons scroll the page without moving keyboard focus to the destination.
• Some controls, including the home page calculator inputs, may not show a clearly visible focus indicator, and on mobile a sticky bar can cover a focused field.
• Some navigation links and buttons are smaller than the recommended minimum target size.
• Much of the small uppercase text is under 12px on mobile, and contrast over images and gradients has not been verified.
• Captions and audio behavior of the home page videos have not been verified.
• The home film uses heavy motion and parallax. We honor prefers-reduced-motion, but even with that support the animated presentation may reduce comfort or readability for some users.

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible to use, email studio@noctivion.net with the page and what went wrong. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will tell you what we can fix and when. If a fix will take longer, we will offer a reasonable alternative way to get the information or complete the task in the meantime.
